It's been several years. This year I decided I will have a tree. My sister and my mother both asked why? This year I said, "Jus' a tree for me." I remember our 1973 Christmas. My brother got my sister a box of mac-n-cheese for 13cents. My mom made a jewlery box out of a first aid kit for my sister. I still savor the government cheese. Looking forward to the parade and Thanksgiving with the family.
Let's all support the town and have a good turnout for the parade. The chamber tries very hard to put on a good event.
